Lori Solberg knows about houses. With experience in building, renovating, lighting design and installation, she can tell you what it will take to turn a move-in ready house into a home that truly is a reflection of you. She can also spot the house that needs just a little polish and some creativity to make it exceptional, while other buyers may pass it by.
“I enjoy sharing my diverse knowledge with others so they can have just the home they want, whether it is their first home or the home they’ve always dreamed of,” Lori says. Her outgoing and friendly personality makes the process of buying or selling a home something to be excited about.
Lori has worked closely with developmentally disabled children and taught life skills as well as crafts and painting to disabled adults, so she is sensitive to their individual needs when selecting a home. Plus, her experience in renovation helps her see what can be modified to meet those needs. “We are all capable of achieving much more than we ever dreamed, with just a little help and guidance,” says Lori.
Now a resident of Elkridge, Md., Lori grew up in Newport Beach, Calif. She also lived in Northern California’s Gold Country for seven years, where she enjoyed trout fishing and kayaking. Since moving to the East Coast, she spends her free time working on craft projects like repurposing found objects into useful household creations, and crabbing from her kayak.
