Mark Breaux brings eight years of real estate experience to the Columbia office of WEICHERT, REALTORS® — New Colony. He has a passion for guiding people through the excitement and challenges of buying or selling a home.
“Clients can count on me to provide the best representation possible,” Mark says. “I’m with them from the very beginning until after settlement, and always available to explain every step and answer any question.” He also has a great deal of experience working with contractors and home inspectors, and that enables him to advise sellers on getting their homes in market-ready condition as well as negotiating repairs on behalf of his buyers.
Raised in Aberdeen, Md., and now a resident of Columbia, Md., Mark earned a bachelor of science degree in management from York College of Pennsylvania and an associate’s degree in paralegal studies. Mark speaks fluent Spanish and serves both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
Mark promotes and participates in food collections for the Howard County Food Bank. He is a long-time supporter of the Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center in Columbia, where he staffs their Cold Weather Shelter for two nights each week during the winter. Mark is a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Howard County Association of Realtors®.
